Everyone keeps saying that the models were always skinny, and as a kid I always remembered them that way. But seeing this picture is a shocking reminder that times have changed. These supermodels at the
time look refreshingly healthy
(as in genuine health-not fashion's word for fat), and not malnourished. I know that some people are built very small, and this isn't an attempt to upset anyone, but this photo shocked me. It was startling to see what Supermodels were. Especially now, when Vogue runs an article on the "Curvy Plus Size Model," who happened to be a size 4 and 5'10. I understand that times are changing, but in this case, I want them changed back.
