I really wish today's verdict on the legality of Prop 8 ended differently today. So, instead I will participate in the march. Because when one groups rights are threatened, all of our rights are threatened. Here's the info, I hope you can make it.

A rally and march from West Hollywood to Hollywood and then back to West Hollywood is planned to start at approximately 7 p.m. this evening. The march will start at the corner of Santa Monica & San Vicente Boulevards in West Hollywood. Participants are then expected to make their way to and through Hollywood, and gather near the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard & Highland Avenue at approximately 9:30 p.m., before making their way back to West Hollywood. Participants are being asked to wear white.

I checked a few interior design books out from the library and now I can't get the idea of a home bar out of my head. I never eat at my dining table, but I could see myself spending all night in this Elvis bar. Something tells me that I just might need to make this happen. I love that eras of the past embraced the after work cocktail, nowadays it's hard to mention it without sounding like a lush. That's it-I'm gonna bring it back!

So, last night we had some fun...and ended the night at Diamond Dogs. But that's not the point of the story. The point is that as we were leaving the exit was blocked , and this adorable boy helped us get by. I knew he looked familiar, and he was dressed in a nice suit, so...imagine the irony of seeing him on Perez Hilton today. Apparently he's in the new Terminator movie (the premiere was last night at Grauman's, which is next door). Only in L.A.....

ps. We also spotted Steve Jones aka "Jonesy" of the Sex Pistols and Donovan Leitch.

Cinespia Cemetary Screenings

It's officially the start of Summer! The Cemetery Screenings are starting this Saturday with "Cool Hand Luke." I can't wait to see this movie. My Dad and I agree on close to nothing(he voted for Bush twice for example), however this is his favorite movie...and I can't argue a single point against it.

Carrie's Apartment

For some reason, no matter what I see. No apartment will ever look as cool as Carrie's. I don't know if it's because the show started when I was in high school living at home, and dreaming of a place of my own,or if it's because I love the show so much,but her apartment just sings to me. And while I'm a huge interior design blog fan, I've yet to find a place that tops it.

PS. My favorite part is the entryway with all the magazines, because I'm a magazine junkie too.

Is a cool chambray style dress. Because when it's hot like this nothing else will do.

Well, I loved the movie and decided to do a little search on Little Edie.What great shots they have floating around on the Internet. She was a beauty in her day that's for sure. My favorite is the handwritten sign, they should make it a poster.

Oh Jemaine.....

I've been watching a lot of Flight of the Concords( I know I'm terribly late on this), and I've gotta admit...I'm seriously obsessed with Jemaine. He's the dreamiest....I thought it might be the glasses, but no! Because I found this and he looks even cuter. I think it boils down to the sarcasm. And the lips...Lucky for me,my boyfriend finds the whole thing pretty funny.And he's happy that I want to watch the show, because he just loves it. The one down side is that I keep catching myself singing songs like "Sugar Lumps," and "Business Time." Constantly.

Wow.It's been a long long while.
